Dumpling House opened on J Street in 2019 with one conviction: that the best dumplings come from people who care about the process, not just the output.
Every wrapper is rolled thin by hand. Every filling is mixed in small batches. Every pleat is pressed with intention. We don't freeze them. We don't speed through the prep. We make what we know how to make — and we make it fresh, every single day.
